Users

Create user accounts to let your clients send campaigns for themselves and utilize the resources you allocate them.

Prerequisites
Before you can add a user account, make sure the following dependencies are fulfilled.

- User Role should have been created
- At least a package should have been created

Below is a snapshot of the "View Users" page.

Fields:

Field Description
Name Name of the user/client
Email Address The email address of the user
Package Package assigned to the user account
Status User account status if it's active, suspended or closed
Added On Date when this user account was created
Actions
  • Edit: Edit user account
  • Mark as Active: Set the user as active (In case if it's suspended)
  • Suspend User: Suspend the user account
  • Close Account: Close the user account. Closed accounts will not receive any notifications from the system
  • Delete: Delete the user account
 

Add a User

Click on [+Add New] button to start adding a new user account.



Adding a user wizard consists of two simple steps. In the step as shown in the figure above, you set the authentication details of the user account.

Fields:

Field Description
Name Name of the user/client
Email Address The email address of the user/client
Password The password for the user that will be used to sign in
Confirm Password Rewrite the password for confirmation
