View the support user account you have created earlier to manage the client accounts. Only the admin user account of an ESP version will be able to create and view the support user account, no other user will have this privilege to create the support users and manage them. To view the currently available support user accounts, click “View Support User” the last link under “ESP Version”.

Following the general pattern of the application, the first column of view table starts with the serial number of available records on the page. |
Complete Name |
The name of the user which you have provided to distinguish that particular support user among other support users within the application. |
Login Email |
Email address of the user which is to be used to login to his/her support account. |
Couple of following actions can be performed using the action buttons.
Edit |
Provides you the ability to modify and reset the details of the account selected for edition, you can change the login information for the support users and can reassign the permissions. |
Delete |
Click the cross button to delete the particular account permanently. |
To select the number of records you want to view per page, the page puts a dropdown menu on view towards the top of the page. The dropdown menu starts from 10 records to display, and ends with all records on one page. The following figure indicates the position of the dropdown on the page.
Use the copying options to copy the data in the columns of the table appears below. You can copy the table by using the “Copy” button and can paste it manually in a file, or can copy and save the complete table along with the columns to .CSV file, Excel or PDF format. Further you can get a print out of the complete table by clicking “Print”. See the following figure.
Search support user account by typing the name of the account into the search box. You can sort the relevant records in the table, by just typing few words of the support user account name.
