As an admin of the application, you can setup more than one user accounts and can make these new user accounts part of the respective user's role group. You can assign different kinds of permissions to these groups as per the role of the user in it.
User management module of Mumara offers detailed functionality not only for the Product Edition clients, but also for the users who are using the ESP Edition of Mumara. In ESP Edition, the administrator of ESP will manage client's email credits and sending limits in their respective groups. So user management module has value for both Product and ESP Edition users, and admin users of both the editions use this feature according to their unique requirements.
Allowing restricted access, applying limits and working with with user's group is discussed in this article. Let's get started.
Name of the new group you are about to create, It is always better to provide a relevant name to easily identify the group while adding users into it, like account manager, newsletter designers etc.
Provide the value with -1 in the field to allow creating unlimited lists to the user group. Or provide the value with the number of maximum lists you want the users in the group to create, application will restrict the user to this value and will not allow creating more than the maximum.
Provide the maximum number of subscribers you want the users in this group to add to the lists. If you want them to add unlimited subscribers, -1 is the value for unlimited subscribers to provide in this field.
It means the permission to create SMTP accounts, provide -1 for the unlimited number of SMTP accounts, and provide the appropriate value to limit the maximum number of accounts allowed.
Limit the number of emails which the users in the group will be able to send during the period of one month. Fill in this field with -1 for unlimited number of emails, or provide the maximum number of emails in the field to restrict the user.

Tick the checkboxes alongside the lists, to allow the group and ultimately the users in this group, to access the selected lists and data within the lists. These lists were earlier created by the admin account.
In the recent product upgrades, Mumara segments have gone through from major updates, where the segments can now be saved and can directly be selected to send email campaigns (Like the Email Lists). Using this section, the admin allows the users in this user's group to use specific selected segments for sending campaigns.
The list includes both the predesigned readily available templates the Mumara offer by default, and also the templates that you have created for your users/clients using "Create Email Templates" page. Email templates are precisely categorized under their respective groups for you to select conveniently. You can allow the users in user's group to use, one, multiple and even all email templates by ticking the checkboxes.
Make sure that the users in this group have been allowed the permission to "Create Email Campaigns" and "Import Email Campaigns". Otherwise, they won't be able to work with the "Email Templates" you have allowed them to use.

Towards the right side of your screen, you will see a checklist categorized in the sequence of left navigation menu of Mumara. You can tick the checkboxes to allow user's group and eventually the users in the group to perform certain actions, and keep the checkboxes empty to restrict users to perform certain action. It includes long list of actions from Creating/Managing Lists, Subscribers and Campaigns to Managing SMTPs/Masking Domains and Scheduled tasks.

Once you have setup everything required, click “Submit” to save the new user’s role group. Click “Reset” to reorganize the permission for the group.
