4.3-View the List of all Campaigns

View All Campaigns

The page consists of a list of all campaigns, it helps to manage and modify the currently available campaigns in the application, only if you are managing the application using the admin account. Separate user accounts other than the admin, will only be able to view the campaigns which they have created using their account, or if the admin has assigned the permission to view particular campaigns to the user's role group. If no email campaign has been created, nothing will appear in the table of “View all Campaigns”.

The following table in the Figure#4.3.1 will appear on your screen, once you click “View all Campaigns”.

Sr is the abridged form of serial number and in almost all the view page of MUMARA, Sr would be the first column to start the view table with. Serial number of view all campaigns shows the records in ascending order (1-10).

You can view all records on one page, by selecting “All” from the dropdown to show the records per page. But if the list is too long, viewing all records on one page may reduce the speed.

Name of the group, if the email campaign is the part of any group.

Campaign Name

The second column contains the name of the currently available email campaigns. Email campaign name is the mandatory field to fill, to start the process of creating an email campaign.

The name is used as identifier within the application, and the recipients will not be able to view the campaign name.

Subject Line

The column subject line appears next to “Campaign Name” in the process of creating a new campaign. It is also a mandatory field to fill, like the campaign name.

The column for the subject line shows the particular information which you have provided in the field for the "Subject line", while creating this campaign.

Followed by the above mentioned details of currently available email campaigns, table moves to the "Actions" column. The quick actions buttons allow performing particular actions to manage the campaigns.
