What is Mumara ONE?
Mumara ONE is a hosted email platform that sends your marketing email and your transactional email from one account. You sign up at account.mumara.com and work in the app at one.mumara.com. There is nothing to install or maintain: we run the sending servers, and your account comes ready to send.
Marketing and transactional email in one account
Most teams use one service for newsletters and another for the email their application sends. Mumara ONE handles both, with the same sending domains, the same reporting and, on plans that include it, your own dedicated IPs.

How your email is sent
Every message leaves Mumara ONE through a chain you control:
- Sending domain. The domain your email comes from. You add and verify it under Setup → Sending Domains, and Mumara ONE signs your mail for it.
- Bridge (transactional only). The SMTP or HTTP API endpoint your application connects to, created under Transactional → Bridges. Each Bridge has its own credentials.
- Dedicated Pool. A group of dedicated IPs that you set aside for one kind of traffic, for example one pool for marketing and another for transactional email. You manage them under Setup → Dedicated Pools.
- Dedicated IPs. IP addresses reserved for your account only. You order them from inside the app under Setup → Dedicated IPs.
Dedicated IPs and Dedicated Pools are part of the plans that include dedicated infrastructure. On other plans your email is sent from Mumara's shared infrastructure, and there is nothing to configure beyond your sending domain. See Mumara ONE pricing for what each plan includes.
What Mumara ONE handles for you
You don't set up or maintain any of the following. Mumara ONE runs them for every account:
- Sending servers. There are no sending nodes, SMTP servers or mail transfer agents for you to configure.
- Bounce processing. Bounces are collected and processed automatically, and the affected contacts are updated for you.
- Complaint feedback loops. Spam complaints reported by mailbox providers come back to your account automatically.
- Updates and maintenance. The app is always on the current version, with no updates, cron jobs or server maintenance on your side.

Mumara ONE and Mumara Campaigns
Mumara ONE runs on the same engine as Mumara Campaigns, our self-hosted email marketing product. That's why the features share names and why both use the same REST API.
The difference is who runs the servers. With Mumara Campaigns, you install and operate everything yourself. With Mumara ONE, we do that for you. If you find a Mumara Campaigns guide that talks about installation, sending nodes, bounce rules, cron jobs or licensing, it doesn't apply to your Mumara ONE account.
