Plan & Usage
The Plan & Usage page shows every limit and credit balance on your plan in one place, and when each one resets. Use it to check how close you are to a limit before you send.
To open it, click your avatar in the top-right corner of the app, then click Plan & Usage.
You can't change limits here. To get higher limits or more features, change your plan under Subscription in the user menu. See Subscription and Plans. Each tab ends with the line Need more? Contact your administrator. For Mumara ONE, that means changing your plan or contacting Mumara support.
How to read the page
The tabs down the left side group your limits. Click a tab to see its details on the right. A tab with a lock icon is not part of your current plan. Opening it shows a message explaining that the feature isn't included.
Most limits are shown as a meter:
- The value shows how much you've used of your limit, or Unlimited if your plan has no limit.
- The bar fills as you use the limit. It changes colour when you pass 70% and again when you pass 90%, so you can see a limit coming.
- The line underneath tells you when the limit resets:
- Daily limits reset once a day. The meter shows how long is left, for example Resets in 5 hours 20 minutes.
- Monthly limits and credits reset on your renewal date each month, for example Resets on Oct 12, 2026.
- Counts, such as contacts or segments, don't reset. They go down when you delete something.
The Dashboard shows many of the same numbers in a more compact form.
Overview
A snapshot of the limits you're most likely to watch:
- Email credits: your current balance and your monthly allocation, if your plan uses credits
- Daily limit: marketing email sent today
- Contacts: contacts stored in your account
- Triggers: triggers you've created
- Evergreen Campaigns: evergreen campaigns you've created
- Segments: segments you've created
AI Credits
Mumara AI features, such as the AI email builder and the AI Assistant, use AI credits. This tab shows:
- Current balance: the AI credits you have left
- Monthly allocation: the credits your plan adds each month
- Used this month: credits spent since your last renewal, also shown as a meter
- Overuse allowed or Overuse not allowed: whether you can keep using AI after your balance reaches zero
How many credits a request costs depends on the quality tier you choose in the AI tools. See Mumara ONE pricing. If your plan doesn't include AI credits, the tab is locked. To top up your balance, convert funds to tokens under Manage Funds. See Funds.
Email Sending
Your marketing sending limits, and your transactional limits underneath.
Email credits (if your plan uses credits):
- Email credits balance, with your Monthly allocation and how much you've Used this month
- Credits consumed this month: a meter against your monthly allocation
Sending limits:
- Monthly limit: marketing email sent this month
- Daily limit: marketing email sent today
- Hourly rate: the most marketing email your plan sends in an hour
If your plan allows it, an Oversending allowed note explains that you can send beyond your monthly quota and how far. Any overflow is billed separately.
Transactional email (if your plan includes transactional credits):
- Transactional credits balance, with its monthly allocation and usage
- Transactional credits consumed this month
- Transactional monthly limit and Transactional daily limit
- A Transactional oversending allowed note, if your plan allows it
Contacts & Lists
- Contacts: contacts stored in your account
- Mailing lists: contact lists you've created
- Segments: segments you've created
Sending Infrastructure
The limits on what you send from, in sections:
- Sending Domains: sending domains you've added
- Suppressed Domains: domains on your domain suppression list
- Dedicated IPs: Dedicated IPs assigned to your account, against the number your plan allows
- IP Pools: the pools your Dedicated IPs belong to, with a table of each pool's name and status. Your default pool is marked default.
Dedicated IPs and pools depend on your plan. See Dedicated IPs and Dedicated Pools.
Automations
This tab appears when Automations are set up for your account:
- Active automations: automations you've created
- Actions this month: actions your automations have taken since your last renewal
Triggers
- Triggers created: triggers you've created
- Trigger actions this month: actions your triggers have taken since your last renewal
What happens when you reach a limit
What happens depends on the kind of limit.
Things you create
Contacts, lists, segments, sending domains, triggers, evergreen campaigns, webhooks, Bridges and Dedicated IPs are counts. When you reach one:
- You can't create another until you delete one or change your plan. The app shows a message saying the limit has been reached.
- An import that would take you over your contact limit is refused. Upload a smaller file or upgrade your plan.
Monthly actions
- Trigger actions. When your triggers use up the monthly action limit, the affected triggers are paused and you're notified. They start again on their own when the limit resets.
- Automation actions. When your automations use up their monthly action limit, they stop taking actions until the limit resets.
Daily and monthly sending limits
When a broadcast would take you over your daily or monthly sending limit, Mumara ONE pauses it and sends you a notification, for example The broadcast … has been auto-paused due to reaching the daily limit.
You can resume the broadcast yourself once the limit resets. To have Mumara ONE do it for you, open User Settings in the user menu and switch on Auto-resume campaigns. See User Interface.
Credits
What happens when your credits run out depends on whether your plan allows overuse:
| Plans without overuse, such as Essential | Plans with Allow Overuse, such as Professional and Business | |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing email | Broadcasts pause when your email credits run out. | Sending continues past your allowance. |
| Transactional email | Your Bridges stop accepting new messages, and you're notified that your credits are used up. | Sending continues past your allowance. |
| What it costs | Nothing extra. Sending resumes when your allowance renews, when you add credits, or when you upgrade. | The extra usage is invoiced on your billing date. |
Plans with overuse also have a safety ceiling: the Oversending allowed note on the Email Sending tab says how far past your quota you can go. If you reach it, broadcasts pause and you're notified.
Mumara AI has its own setting, shown on the AI Credits tab. If it says Overuse not allowed, AI features stop working when your AI credits run out, until they renew or you top them up.
To add credits without changing plans, convert funds to credits under Manage Funds. See Funds. For how overuse is billed, see Billing and Invoices, and for pricing, see Mumara ONE pricing.
