Mumara AI Overview

Mumara AI writes and designs email for you. Tell it what you need, such as a product launch announcement, a monthly newsletter or a welcome email, and it produces a complete, responsive HTML email in seconds. If you want changes, ask for them in plain language, and it refines the email until it's right.

You don't need to write HTML or drag blocks around. When you're happy with the result, you save it as a broadcast and send it like any other.

Where you'll find Mumara AI

All of these use the same AI credit balance.

How the AI Email Builder works

The AI Email Builder has two panels. You chat with Mumara AI on the left, and the Email Preview on the right shows the generated email as soon as it arrives.

1. Describe the email you want, or click one of the suggestions to start.
2. Mumara AI replies with a complete HTML email, and the preview updates.
3. Ask for changes, such as a different colour, a new section or a shorter headline. Each reply builds on the conversation so far.
4. Click Save & Finish. The email is saved as a new broadcast, or into the broadcast you started from.

Then add the subject line and other details in the broadcast editor, send yourself a test, and schedule it. Using the AI Builder walks through each step.

AI tiers

Mumara AI comes in three tiers. You pick one from a drop-down before you send a message, and you can switch between messages.

Tier	Best for
Mumara AI Fast	Quick drafts, ideas and small edits. Uses the fewest credits.
Mumara AI	Most emails. The default.
Mumara AI Advanced	Complex layouts and important campaigns. It can also read web pages you link to. Uses the most credits.

AI credits

Every AI request uses AI credits from your balance. How many depends on the tier and on how much Mumara AI reads and writes, and each reply shows what it used.

• Your plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits, shown on the AI Credits tab of Plan & Usage.
• To top up, convert funds to tokens under Setup → Funds. See Funds.
• Credit costs per tier are listed on Mumara ONE pricing.

Before you start

• The AI features must be part of your plan. If you don't see Use AI Builder under Add New, or the AI button in the Drag & Drop builder, contact Mumara support.
• You need AI credits, unless your plan allows overuse. The AI Credits tab of Plan & Usage shows your balance and whether overuse is allowed.
• The AI Builder button needs a saved broadcast. It appears on broadcasts that use the HTML editor, once they've been saved. Broadcasts made with the Drag & Drop builder use the AI button inside the builder instead.

Review before you send

Mumara AI is instructed to include an unsubscribe link and to use your personalization tags correctly, but always preview the email and send yourself a test before you schedule it.
