My Profile

My Profile is where you set your time zone, language and date format. Your personal details are managed in your billing profile instead, because they're shared with your subscription and invoices.

To open it, click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose My Profile.

The User Menu

My Profile, User Settings and Security share a User Menu down the left side of the page:

ItemWhat it's for
My ProfileYour time zone, language and date format, and a link to your billing profile
User SettingsAccount settings, such as resuming paused campaigns automatically. See User Interface.
SecurityAllowed IP addresses, active sessions and two-factor authentication. See Security.

My Profile has two tabs: Profile and Locale.

Profile tab

The Profile tab doesn't have a form. It shows this note:

These settings are managed under your billing profile. Click here to navigate to the billing profile.

Your name, email address, postal address and password belong to your billing profile. To change them:

  1. On the Profile tab, click Click here. Your billing profile opens in a new tab, without signing in again.
  2. Change your details there and save them.

Quick Navigation → Account in the top bar opens your billing profile too.

Your sign-in follows your billing profile

If you change your email address or password in your billing profile, your Mumara ONE sign-in changes to match. See Billing and Invoices.

Locale tab

The Locale tab controls how Mumara ONE shows times, dates and text to you.

FieldWhat it does
Time ZoneYour local time zone, for example (GMT+01:00) Amsterdam. Used for the clock in the top bar, for the times you schedule campaigns at, and for the dates and times in your reports and logs.
LanguageThe language of the app.
Date/Time FormatHow dates and times are written across the app. Each option shows a sample date, such as January 15, 1989, 5:16 pm or 15.01.1989.

To change them:

  1. Open My Profile and click the Locale tab.
  2. Choose your Time Zone, Language and Date/Time Format.
  3. Click Save.

Why your time zone matters

  • Scheduling. When you schedule a broadcast for 9:00 AM, it goes out at 9:00 AM in your time zone.
  • Reports. Opens, clicks and other events are shown in your local time.
  • Logs. The dates in Activity Logs and Exported Files use your time zone.
  • The clock. The clock in the top bar shows the current time in your time zone.
Screens not translated yet

If you choose a language that some Mumara ONE screens aren't translated into yet, those screens show a banner saying they're displayed in English.

Troubleshooting

I can't change my name or email address

They're managed in your billing profile, not in the app. Open My Profile, click Click here on the Profile tab, and change them there.

My time zone change doesn't show

Reload the page. If times still look wrong, sign out and back in.

Times in reports look off by an hour or more

Check My Profile → Locale → Time Zone. Reports and logs are shown in the time zone set there, not your computer's.
