Tools Overview
The Tools menu holds two pages that help you keep track of your account: a record of the changes made in it, and the files you've exported.
| Page | Where to find it | What it's for |
|---|---|---|
| Activity Logs | Tools → Logs → Activity Logs | What changed in your account, and when |
| Exported Files | Tools → Exported Files | Download the files you've exported, before they expire |
Activity Logs
Every time a list, contact, segment, broadcast, trigger, web form, sending domain or other item is created, changed or deleted, Mumara ONE adds an entry to the activity log. Each entry says what happened and when, with a link to the item.
Open it when you need to answer questions such as:
- When was this broadcast last edited?
- When was that custom field deleted?
- How many contacts did last week's import add?
See Activity Logs.
Exported Files
When you export contacts, a segment, a suppression list or broadcast statistics, Mumara ONE prepares the file in the background and lists it under Tools → Exported Files. From there you can download it or delete it.
Exported files are kept for a limited time. The Deleting In column shows how long each file has left.
See Exported Files.
When an export is ready, a download icon in the top bar shows how many files are waiting. Click it to download a file, or click View All to open Tools → Exported Files. See User Interface.
What isn't here
Mumara ONE runs and maintains the platform for you. Updates, server logs and background processing are handled by Mumara ONE, so there's nothing for you to monitor or maintain.
To see what happened to the email you sent, use Analytics instead, for example Delivery Logs for individual messages.
