Notification Preferences
Notification preferences control which account notifications Mumara ONE emails to you. They cover events in your account, such as a list import finishing or a sending domain failing a DNS check. They don't affect the email you send to your contacts.
Open your preferences
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Preferences.
- On the Notification tab, switch each event on or off.
- Click Save. The page confirms with Updated successfully.
Every switch is on until you change it.
How notifications are delivered
- By email, to your account's email address. That's the address in your billing profile. See Billing and Invoices to change it.
- In the app, under Notifications in the top bar. Notifications always appear there, whether their email is switched on or off.
The switches on this page only control the emails.

Notifications that are always sent
A few critical notices are always emailed, even if you switch them off. They're marked "always emailed" in the tables above.
Some messages aren't on the page at all because they're always sent. These include:
- Password reset emails
- Email address verification
- Notices that your email credits have run out
- Notices that you've reached your daily or monthly sending limit
