Manage your add-ons: install, update, enable, or disable them. Add-ons extend Mumara Campaigns with additional features and functionality to customize the platform for your specific needs.

Add-ons Management
Navigate to Setup → Add-ons to view and manage all add-ons.

Status Indicators
Each add-on shows its current status:

Installing an Add-on
From Available Add-ons
- Navigate to Setup → Add-ons
- Find the add-on you want to install
- Click the Install checkmark icon
- If required, enter the license key when prompted
- Wait for installation to complete
- The add-on status changes to "Installed" and "Enabled"
Upload Custom Add-on
- Click Upload add-on button
- The upload modal appears
- Select your add-on zip file
- Click Upload
- Mumara verifies the file structure before installation
- Add-on appears in the Available add-ons list
Mumara validates the add-on structure before installation to ensure compatibility and security.
License Key Management
Some add-ons require a license key to function.
Entering a License Key
- Find the add-on in the list
- Click Enter License Key button
- Enter your license key in the modal
- Click Verify
- License is validated and saved
License Key Sources
- Purchase from the add-on vendor's website
- Included with your Mumara license (for bundled add-ons)
- Provided by third-party developers
Updating Add-ons
Check for Updates
- Click Check for updates button at the top
- System checks all installed add-ons for available updates
- Add-ons with updates show "Update Available" link and Update button
Updating an Add-on
- When an update is available, you'll see:
- Update button with the new version number
- Update Available link
- Click the Update button
- Wait for the update to complete
- Verify the add-on functionality
Always backup your system before updating add-ons, especially for major version updates.
Enabling and Disabling Add-ons
Enable an Add-on
- Find the add-on showing "Disabled" status
- Click the enable/activate icon
- Add-on status changes to "Enabled"
- Add-on features become available
Disable an Add-on
- Find the add-on showing "Enabled" status
- Click the disable/deactivate icon
- Add-on status changes to "Disabled"
- Add-on features are hidden but data is preserved
Disabling an add-on does not delete its data. You can re-enable it later and your settings will be retained.
Uninstalling Add-ons
Remove an Add-on
- Click the Trash icon on the add-on
- Confirm the uninstallation
- Add-on is removed from the system
Uninstalling an add-on may permanently delete add-on-specific data. Ensure you have backups if needed.

Some add-ons have configurable settings.
Accessing Settings
- Find the add-on with a Settings link
- Click Settings
- Configure the add-on options
- Save your changes

Installation Failed
Possible causes:
- Invalid add-on structure
- Missing ZIP extension
