Step 1: Create a Broadcast
A broadcast is the email content itself - the subject line, HTML body, text version, and preheader text. Think of it as your email template ready to be sent.
Step 2: Schedule the Campaign
Scheduling connects your broadcast to recipients and delivery settings:
- Select recipients (contact lists or segments)
- Choose sending servers (SMTP nodes)
- Set delivery time (immediate or scheduled)
- Configure tracking options
Step 3: Send and Track
Once scheduled, the system:
- Prepares the recipient list
- Personalizes content for each subscriber
- Delivers emails through your SMTP servers
- Tracks opens, clicks, and engagement
Core Components
