Step 1: Create a Broadcast

A broadcast is the email content itself - the subject line, HTML body, text version, and preheader text. Think of it as your email template ready to be sent.

Step 2: Schedule the Campaign

Scheduling connects your broadcast to recipients and delivery settings:

  • Select recipients (contact lists or segments)
  • Choose sending servers (SMTP nodes)
  • Set delivery time (immediate or scheduled)
  • Configure tracking options

Step 3: Send and Track

Once scheduled, the system:

  • Prepares the recipient list
  • Personalizes content for each subscriber
  • Delivers emails through your SMTP servers
  • Tracks opens, clicks, and engagement

Core Components

Broadcasts

Broadcasts contain your email content:

  • Subject line with personalization support
  • Preheader text (preview text in inbox)
  • HTML content via editor or drag-and-drop builder
  • Plain text version for non-HTML clients
  • Attachments when needed
