User Interface Overview

This guide introduces the Mumara Campaigns user interface and helps you navigate the platform efficiently.

Dashboard

After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with an overview of your email marketing activities.

Dashboard Components

Quick Stats

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find real-time statistics:

  • Emails Sent Today: Total emails sent in the last 24 hours
  • Active Campaigns: Currently sending campaigns
  • Total Subscribers: Across all lists
  • Delivery Rate: Percentage of successful deliveries

Recent Activity

Shows recent actions including:

  • Campaign sends
  • New subscriber signups
  • Bounce notifications
  • System alerts

Campaign Performance

Visual charts displaying:

  • Send volume over time
  • Open and click rates
  • Bounce and complaint trends

Queue Status

Monitor email sending queues:

  • Pending emails
  • Processing rate
  • Failed deliveries

The left sidebar contains the main navigation menu organized into modules:

Lists

Manage your subscriber data:

  • Add List - Create a new contact list
  • Contact Lists - View and manage all lists
  • Custom Fields - Define custom subscriber attributes
  • Segments - Create subscriber segments
  • Suppression - Manage suppression lists (email, domain, IP)

Quick search functionality to find:

User Menu

Click your profile name to access:

  • Profile - Edit your account details
  • Security - 2FA and IP restrictions
  • Logout - End your session

Working with Tables

Most list views use data tables with common features:

Column Sorting

Click column headers to sort:

  • Click once for ascending
  • Click again for descending

Filtering

Use the filter icon or search box to:

  • Filter by specific columns
  • Search across all data
  • Apply date ranges

Bulk Actions

Select multiple items with checkboxes:

  • Select all with header checkbox
  • Apply actions to selected items
  • Common actions: Delete, Export, Move

Pagination

Navigate large datasets:

  • Items per page selector
  • Page navigation
  • Go to specific page
