The AI Email Builder is a conversational tool that lets you create complete, professional HTML emails by simply describing what you want in plain language. Instead of hand-coding HTML or dragging blocks around a template builder, you chat with Mumara AI and it generates a fully responsive email for you in seconds.
Tell it what you need — a product launch announcement, a weekly newsletter, a welcome email — and Mumara AI produces a ready-to-send HTML email. Want changes? Just ask. The AI refines the email through natural back-and-forth conversation until it matches your vision exactly.

How It Works
The AI Email Builder uses a split-screen interface: a chat panel on the left and a live email preview on the right. You type your request in the chat, Mumara AI generates the email, and the preview updates instantly. If you want changes, type a follow-up message and the AI refines the design. When you are satisfied, click Use This Email to save it as a broadcast.

Mumara AI Features
Mumara AI is available in multiple places throughout the application:

All AI features share the same credit system, tier options, and conversation history. Every AI request consumes credits from your balance — the amount depends on the tier used and the complexity of the request. Every Mumara license includes free AI credits to get started, and additional credits can be purchased from the Mumara Billing Panel. See AI Credits for details.
How to Access
There are two ways to open the AI Email Builder:
- From the builder selection screen: Navigate to Campaigns --> Broadcasts, click Add New, and select AI Email Builder from the available builder options
- From an existing broadcast: Open a broadcast for editing and click the AI Builder button to link the AI conversation to that broadcast

Requirements
Before you can use the AI Email Builder, the following must be in place:

| Commercial License | The AI Email Builder is available on the Commercial license |
| AI Enabled by Admin | An administrator must enable the AI Email Builder in Settings --> AI Settings |
| Valid License Key | Your installation must have a valid Mumara license key — this is used automatically to authenticate with Mumara AI services |
| Credits Available | Your account must have sufficient AI credits to make requests |
If you see a "404" page or the AI Builder option does not appear, contact your administrator to verify that AI is enabled and properly configured.
